A high-bay logistics warehouse fit-out in Jebel Ali, planned around optimised racking, clear circulation, and bright, efficient lighting. The scheme prioritises storage density and safe, fast flow for people and forklifts alike.
The Challenge
The facility had to maximise storage capacity and throughput while meeting strict safety, fire, and MEP requirements — with zero tolerance for blocked pick-paths or hazards.
The Solution
We planned racking around pick-paths and forklift turning circles, added high-bay LED lighting for efficiency and visibility, and zoned the floor with clear safety markings and segregated pedestrian routes. Services and fire provisions were fully coordinated to keep the operation compliant and productive.
