The Challenge
The client needed a high-density, productive floor that still felt open, quiet, and pleasant to work in — a tricky balance of desk count, acoustics, and daylight.
The Solution
A disciplined grid of workstations maximises capacity while keeping sightlines and daylight open. Glass-partitioned meeting rooms, acoustic ceiling treatment, and layered lighting control noise and glare, and timber accents warm the workplace so it never feels clinical.
